Korean Dream Crew (KDC) is the flagship youth leadership program of Global Peace Youth Korea (GPY Korea), bringing together young leaders from Korea and around the world to promote peace, global citizenship, and cross-cultural collaboration.

Inspired by the vision of the Korean Dream, KDC empowers youth to become ethical and innovative leaders who create positive social impact through dialogue, volunteerism, international cooperation, and youth-led initiatives.

Through leadership development, global networking, and collaborative projects, participants gain the skills, knowledge, and international perspective needed to address today’s global challenges and contribute to a more peaceful future.
